PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By purchasing and accessing any digital product, online course, workshop, or toolkit (collectively, the “Program”) from LK Education (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. PROGRAM ACCESS & USE

🔹 You may not share, copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Program, including documents, videos, or other content.
🔹 Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without a refund.

2. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

🔹 All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Program, no refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued.
🔹 If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all payments. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Program.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

🔹 You may not modify, reproduce, sell, or distribute the content for commercial use without explicit written permission.

4. NO GUARANTEES OR LIABILITY

🔹 We are not responsible for personal, business, or financial decisions made based on the Program content.
🔹 You assume full responsibility for applying the Program information.

5. LOGIN & ACCOUNT SECURITY

🔹 Your login details are for your use only—do not share your credentials.
🔹 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
